[Avoid the crowds] Head to Kengamine via the Prince Route around the Hoei Crater! 2-day guided Mt. Fuji Climbing Tour (departing Shinjuku at 7:30 AM)

[Avoid the crowds] Head to Kengamine via the Prince Route around the Hoei Crater! 2-day guided Mt. Fuji Climbing Tour (departing Shinjuku at 7:30 AM)

Point 1: Walk Through the Powerful "Hoei Crater" and Overwhelming "Tranquility"

A dynamic route walking along the crater rim of "Mt. Hoei", a side volcano of Mt. Fuji. This route was reportedly chosen when the Crown Prince (now Emperor) climbed Mt. Fuji because "there are fewer climbers and easier security (can climb quietly)". You can fully enjoy the silence of nature and the magnificent moon-like crater scenery.

Point 2: We Guide You to Japan's Highest Peak "Kengamine (3,776m)"

Not just the impressive crater - we aim for "Kengamine", Mt. Fuji's true summit. Via Gotemba Summit, we continue further to Japan's highest point (3,776m). Experience the sense of achievement standing at the true summit along with spectacular crater views.

*Due to bad weather, crowding, or participant condition, guides may decide to descend without going to Kengamine.

Point 3: [Beginner-Focused] We Intentionally Skip "Osunabashiri"! Knee-Friendly Safe Descent Route

Normal Prince Route uses "Gotemba Route (Osunabashiri)" for descent, but the soft gravel path can actually strain legs more without muscle strength, causing knee pain. This tour uses "same route as ascent (Fujinomiya Route)" for descent based on guide judgment. By returning via the shortest route with well-maintained rocky paths, we ensure you can walk safely to the end.

Point 4: Leave Unnecessary Luggage and Go Light to the Summit!

Stay at "Akaiwa Hachigo-kan (3,300m)", a popular hut on Gotemba Route. Big advantage: you can leave unnecessary luggage at the hut during summit attack (storage available). By storing heavy luggage and going light, you save energy and greatly increase summit success rate. Of course, the famous "unlimited refill curry", "warm breakfast at hut", and shadow Fuji viewed from the hut are also great attractions.

Point 5: Full Guide Support! Hot Spring Visit After Descent (Bath Fee Separate)

During climbing, professional guides who know Fujinomiya Route thoroughly will pace and lead safely. After descent, we stop at a hot spring facility. Bath fee is not included, so enjoy freely - "soak away sweat" "enjoy food and beer" "shop for souvenirs" as you like.

*Bath and food fees paid individually. *Hot spring stop may be shortened or skipped due to traffic.

Point 6: Trusted "Yamarent" Popular Mt. Fuji Climbing Rental Sets

Even in midsummer, Mt. Fuji summit area drops to near freezing, but beginners often mistakenly think "down jacket alone is enough". Down causes sweat-chill and isn't suitable while active. This tour recommends the "7-piece set" (¥9,000) including fleece for safety. For those concerned about stamina, we also offer "12-piece set" (¥14,000) with trekking pants plus performance tights and knee supporters to reduce leg strain.
