Point 1: The difference is the "real summit." We will guide you to Japan's highest peak, "Kengamine (3776m)."

On typical Yoshida Route tours, the descent often begins at the location where the sunrise was seen (the Yoshidaguchi summit), and most tours do not go all the way to the true highest point, Kengamine (or they do so at an additional cost or run out of time).
This tour includes a standard itinerary that takes you to the top of Japan, Mount Kengamine. Climb Mt. Fuji for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and go all the way to the true summit.

*Due to bad weather, crowding, or the physical condition of the guests, the guide may decide to descend the mountain instead of going to Kengamine. Please understand that safety is our number one priority.

Point 2: [Which one are you?] You can choose to stay at the mountain hut at either "Summit" or "Kugogoshaku"

There's no need to worry about not knowing which hut you'll be staying at until the day of your trip. When booking, you can choose from the two huts that are most advantageous for your summit attack, depending on your style.

・Munatsuki Sanso (95 shaku) : A clever strategy to conserve your energy just below the summit and attack the next morning in top condition.
*No matter which you choose, your chances of successfully reaching the summit the next morning are significantly higher than with other tours (many of which involve staying overnight at the eighth station).

Point 3: The starting point is the highest! The shortest route is safe for beginners

The Fujinomiya Route starts from the Fujinomiya 5th Station (2,400m above sea level), which is the highest of the four routes.
The biggest feature of this route is that it is the shortest distance to the summit, so you can shorten the walking time and conserve your energy. This "shortest route" is recommended especially for beginners who are not confident in their physical strength.

Point 4: Guided tours are available! After descending the mountain, you can stop by a hot spring facility (each person pays their own bathing fee)

During the climb, a professional guide who is familiar with the Fujinomiya route will lead you safely and at a set pace. After descending the mountain, you will stop by a hot spring facility.
Bathing fees are not included in the tour price, so you can spend your time as you like, such as "soaking up the sweat in the hot springs," "enjoying food and beer," or "looking for souvenirs."

*Bathing fees and food and drink charges must be paid by the individual. *Depending on traffic conditions, the hot spring visit may be shortened or omitted.

Even in midsummer, temperatures near the summit of Mt. Fuji drop close to freezing, but beginners often fall into the misconception that down jackets alone are enough to keep them warm. Down jackets can cause you to sweat and become cold, so they're not suitable for wearing while on the move. For safety reasons, this tour recommends a 7-piece set (9,000 yen) that includes a fleece. For those with concerns about their physical strength, a 12-piece set (14,000 yen) is also available. In addition to hiking pants, the tour also includes functional tights and knee supports to reduce strain on the legs, providing powerful support for your climb to the summit.
